研究部 : 研究經理 / 高級研究主任(投資業務) ( 1 名 ) :

工作職責:

  • 負責或參與房地產投資服務業務的拓展、組織和執行工作 ;
  • 主要為境外機構或個人投資者提供房地產投資諮詢服務,因應不同客戶需求,提供房地產市場研究、價格評估、投資回報分析等方面的專業服務,確保為客戶提供具專業水準的投資分析成果 ;
  • 根據需要,與不同類型客戶(包括國際客戶)進行溝通,並做分析彙報
  • 積極配合公司其他各項基礎研究或顧問工作 。

任職資格:

  • 本科以上學歷(碩士優先),房地產 / 投資 / 財會 / 經濟等相關專業
  • 2 年以上相關工作經驗,須具備良好的房地產市場分析能力、估價能力和投資分析能力,具有房地產投資服務經驗者優先
  • 須具備良好的英文能力,能直接以英文與客戶溝通及撰寫報告者優先,有海外學習 / 工作背景者優先考慮
  • 具有扎實的科研素質、較強的獨立工作能力和團隊組織能力
  • 性格進取,思路清晰,具有良好的溝通表達能力及業務拓展能力
  • 責任心強,注重細節,具有精益求精的精神和持續學習的能力

 

  • 對市場主任的工作進行指導及考核 .

 

策劃中心 : 策劃經理 ( 1 名 ) :

工作職責:

  • 協助部門建設、專案拓展、協調內外關係
  • 確定組織代理專案之策劃方案的總體方向
  • 指導並考核部門員工

任職資格:

  • 四年以上相關行業工作經驗,其中含兩年以上商業地產經驗
  • 交際及談判能力強,成功操作了 3 個以上商業地產專案
  • 本科以上文化,優秀的文字功底及語言表達能力
