CentaPro was established in 2003 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Centaline Group. We provide an array of professional property investment and consultancy services. Our services include retail & investment consultancy, leasing agency, market research and development planning. In October 2004, CentaPro (Shenzhen) was set up. With a strong team of experienced professionals and a full range of market resources, CentaPro endeavors to provide quality services to our clients under our Corporate Value: Expertise, Elitism, Excellence.

Since the establishment of the Shenzhen office in 2004, CentaPro has successfully expanded her business from Hong Kong to Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Changsha and other major cities in mainland China, providing a wide range of professional services in retail consultancy, retail leasing and market research.

In Shenzhen, almost all the projects carried out by CentaPro are flagship projects in various districts. The total GFA of CentaPro's projects amounts to 4.60 million sqm, of which 1.20 million sqm is exclusively retail space. CentaPro has strong capabilities in anchor tenant agency, especially for those top brands from overseas. Acting as tenant representative, CentaPro has successfully introduced a lot of famous brands to mainland China. Moreover, CentaPro's research and investment services have offered help to a number of famous international financial institutes in their property investment decision making.
